Ben & Jerry's Honors SNL skit with a Limited Batch of "Schweddy Balls"

Ben and Jerry's has launched a new ice cream flavor, "Schweddy Balls" to pay tribute to the classic SNL skit starring Alec Baldwin as the owner of the fictional "Seasons Eatings Bakery." Really? You bet this isn't a joke, for a limited time you can get your very own Limited Batch of Vermont's Finest Ben & Jerry's Schweddy Balls Ice Cream.
One of the greatest moments of television, the skit starred Baldwin along side Ana Gasteyer and Molly Shannon as hosts of the "Delicious Dish" radio program, poking fun of NPR programming.
Baldwin had this to say about the new flavor:

"For a long time, I thought that 'Here Lies Pete Schweddy' would end up on my tombstone. Now, thanks to Ben & Jerry's, the goodness of the Schweddy family recipe won't go with me to the great beyond. It is immortalized here, right now, and it's an ice cream. Ben & Jerry's and Schweddy. Two great names in American dessert, together at last."

Co-Schweddy skit castmate Ana Gasteyer added: "As a person and a performer, I am a sucker for holiday balls. And I have no doubt this ice cream will cause many to scream "Good Times."
