Bad Advertising Oh Yes There is Plenty Of It

Who better to admit to making mistakes when advertising than Microsoft.
The idea above is a rather unique ambient way to advertise for an employment website.
And below simply a bad bus advertising campaign from career builder.
Still very funny though.

I'm not touching this one.

The idea behind this advertising campaign is a pretty good one at raising awareness , but aren't they going to be scaring the heck out of the little ones.

10 of the Funniest, Sadest and just Bad Ad Placements

This Bus Ad placement was fine until the bus driver hit the mud.
Oh, so that's why we fly huh.
The next 2 ad placements are sad and very disturbing.
Yahoo just can't seem to catch a break.
This one is great the Grill For Less Ad came up twice.

This is a good time to just let the billboard ad here speak for itself.
Sad, this placement is just sad.
"Enjoy A Second Cup" I got a good chuckle from this great ad placement.

Finally, I was disturbed by the placement of this advertising. What were they thinking!

Special thanks to ads of the world for finding these interesting ad placements.

When Ads Go Wrong....

You know how much I love great ads, but sometimes ads can be placed in the wrong location. Intentional or not...these ads are nothing special but when placed in the wrong location they become GREAT ADS.
Hope you enjoy these as much as I did finding them.
This is my favorite of the bunch, seems silly but really come on think about it why in the world would they have placed it right by the 404......for those of you who don't get it....404 error...hello

I know this isn't an ad, but they are advertising the CD's...I knew there was something strange about Yanni

Ad on the bus reads: "If you don't gave GIO Third Party Property Insurance, we suggest you don't hit this bus"

Not So Smart AD Placement

Nothing funny unique or very clever about these billboards at all....
But, what the heck was Viacom thinking when they placed this obesity ad just above
a billboard for Mcdonalds?
